In order for swimmers to participate in a swim meet, they must sign up online through this website. This is known as “meet declaration.”

All meet declarations are due no later than Tuesday at noon for that Saturday's meet. If you have not submitted the meet attendance declaration for a swimmer, the coaches will assume the swimmer will NOT be swimming in the meet and they will not be scheduled to swim in any races.

How to Declare Meet Attendance

Click Meet Entry button

• Navigate to the Meet Schedule page, or see Upcoming Meets list on this page.
• Click the green "Meet Entry" button (this will show up when a meet is open for declaration).

At the beginning of the season before Time Trials times are finalized, you may see a message like this about not being qualified. Ignore that and click Edit to continue. 

Select Swimmer's Meet Attendance Status

Using the drop-down menu, select your swimmer's attendance status for the meet, either "Attending" or "Not attending."

If Attending:

Select Swimmer's Relay Availability Status

• You will be prompted to indicate whether or not your swimmer will be available for relay events.
• Select your preference from the drop-down menu.

Note to Coaches

Coaches place each swimmer into events based on team needs, but you may make a request to the coaches if you have a specific event preference for that meet.
