PRACTICE- INVITATIONAL SWIMMERS ONLY

Practice times for the week of Invitationals will be as followed:

Monday-Thursday

6 and under- 7:30-8:00

7/8's- 7:30-8:15

9/10's- 7:30-8:30

11 and up- 8:30-9:30.

Friday

Breakfast of Champions- 9:00 am -10:30 am (PARENTS PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FAVORITE BREAKFAST ITEM - to be shared with teammates).  DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

All practices and the Breakfast of Champions will be at Mills Branch and will only be for swimmers going to Invitationals next weekend.
