The below is what we have received from the host of the All Star Invitational Meet

"Thank you for entering our 32^nd Annual Allstar Meet this year! We are looking forward to another fun and exciting meet and are happy to be hosting the meet at the Klein High School pool again this year.

Attached is a packet of information for you to share with your team members attending the meet, which contains information about team warm-up assignments, team lane timing assignments and estimated timeline. Also attached is an entry report sorted by team alphabetically (which lists swimmers by first name and last initial to comply with NWAL privacy policies). THIS IS EVERYONE’S OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK TO SEE WHICH SWIMMERS WERE ENTERED IN THE MEET BY YOUR TEAM. THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADD ADDITIONAL ENTRIES PRIOR TO THE MEET THAT WERE NOT SUBMITTED AT REGISTRATION.

Please make sure your parents and swimmers understand that the estimated timeline is only an estimate. The meet may run ahead or behind of the posted timeline, and they will need to pay attention to how the meet is running, so they don’t miss their events.

Teams are requested to provide timers for the prelim sessions each day, as listed on attached Lane Timer Page. Please make sure your parents coming to the meet are aware of this. If your team is not assigned a timing chair for the meet, please ask your parents to fill in as needed. PACK will be providing all the timers at finals in the evening both nights.

Finals sessions both night will be live streamed provided by Athlete Training and Health. Link will be posted on the PACK Website on the Allstar page this week when the link becomes available from ATH.

Please share all this important information with your team!

Also, please remind your coaches that all coaches MUST have their NWAL issued badge to be allowed on deck at the meet and pick up their coach packets and Allstar badges. Teams are limited to no more than 3 coaches on deck per team at one time.

For anyone that would like to add to the meet, we do accept limited deck entries the day of the meet. Limited deck entries will be accepted each day of the meet ONLY according to the following parameters:

1Entries must be submitted to the Clerk of Course between 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. each day.

2Entries for events will ONLY be accepted on DAY OF THE EVENT.

3Proof of qualifying time will be required. Either Swimtopia Top Times Report OR a new Meet Entry Report with proof of time, for the swimmer in question, must be presented with the entry.

4The fee is $14.00 per each Individual Entry and $24.00 per each Relay Entry. Fees must be paid to the Clerk of Course at the time of entry.

5Deck entries will be placed into empty lanes ONLY. Empty lanes may appear in the 1^st and 2^nd heat of an event. Swimmers will be put into the fastest empty lanes available on a first come first serve basis until all heats are full. Events will not be re-seeded. If all heats for the event are full, no entries will be accepted for that specific event.

6Relay swimmers MUST already be entered in the meet to be added to a Relay the day of the meet when Relay changes are submitted to the Clerk of Course. The Meet Director/Meet Referee reserves the right to deny late entries.
