HEY MARLINS!!!!

This past Wednesday, the Mills Branch HOA reached out to the team board asking to review the agreements between the two entities for use of the swimming pool facilities and the rental of the storage building.  This is the 5 year agreement that was signed in 2020 by the respective boards.

The Swim Team Board is selecting a committee from our board members to serve in this capacity and will be in contact with the HOA Board in the coming days to set up the meetings.

Today, we have learned that the HOA board has subsequently pulled the item from the agenda for their meeting scheduled for July 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  The HOA Board has stated that "the current HOA board does not now, nor ever has intended to terminate the relationship with the Marlins."

Thank you to all of the families that have continued to support the swim team.  We as your board will continue to keep you posted on the progress of these discussions.
