Registration has closed and volunteer requirements has been finalized.

Volunteer Points

This year’s volunteer point requirement is 7 points per family.

Volunteer Job Sign Up

Sign-ups for volunteer jobs will open on Wednesday, May 3 at 8 p.m.

You will be able to sign up for jobs at meets for the entire season beginning then. Each shift is worth 1 or 2 points.

If you are interested in a season-long position (meaning that you work the same job at all home and away meets for the entire season), the following jobs are still open. If you would be interested in one of these, please email [email protected] ASAP.

• Equipment Crew Take-Down: This position takes down swimmer tents and equipment inside the pool complex. The shift begins at the end of the meet and concludes when all equipment is stowed away. (2 positions available)

• 7/8 Girls Tent Parent: Duties include arriving 10-15 minutes early before swimmer check-in time, writing each swimmers’ events and last name on their arm, lining up swimmers and escorting to the ready bench, staying with swimmers until they have all been seated at the ready bench. (1 position available)

Volunteer and Swimmer CHECK-IN

At all meets please make sure to check-in.

• VOLUNTEERS Check-in at the YELLOW TENT - ALL shifts (1st, 2nd, Season Long) MUST check-in at arrival with Volunteer Coordinator. We will begin looking for shift replacements at 7:45, so be sure to check-in.

• SWIMMERS Check-in - A swimmer list will be on the brick wall to the right of the pool entrance - ALL swimmers should find their name and circle it upon arrival.
