DIVISIONALS - Saturday, June 14

Our final full team swim meet of the year will be Divisionals, held at Kingwood High School. You do NOT need a qualifying time to participate in Divisionals. 

Declare Your Swimmers
This must be done by 10am on Monday, June 9. This is a day earlier than normal. Declare here.

Swimmer Check-In
Check-in time will be sent out later in the week.

Volunteering
At this point in the season, we do need to ask families to consider volunteering above their minimum point requirement of 13 points. As a bonus for providing the extra help, your family will be given 5 RAFFLE entries for every point you earn above your minimum of 13. Raffle will be held at our end of season Awards Ceremony; the Grand Prize is a FREE SWIMMER for the 2026 season!

Families that still needed regular season points were plugged into Divisionals jobs before opening. Any help you're able to offer for the remaining jobs is greatly appreciated and comes with 5 raffle entries per extra points earned 😁 Here is what still needs to be filled:

2nd Shift (events 31-56)

• Bleacher Crowd Control (2 pts)
• Ready Bench "Bench Control" (2 pts)

3rd Shift (events 57-86)

• Ready Bench "Name Caller" (2 pts)
• Awards (1 pt, 2 openings)

POST-SEASON INVITATIONALS - June 20, 21, 22

The qualifying reports sent out on Saturday did not include all swimmers accurately. This has now been fixed in Swimtopia. However, we do not yet have results imported into Swimtopia from Summer Champs. These times will be imported later in the week.

Swimmers can still earn qualifying times at the divisional meet on Saturday. Declaration will close on Saturday, June 14 at 6 p.m. If your swimmer achieves qualifying times during divisionals, be prepared to register them for invitationals that day.

Awards Night

All swimmers and their families are invited to awards night to celebrate a successful season!

COACHES’ CORNER

The meet on Saturday was not result that we had hoped for, but we are so proud of our Marlins for such hard work all season!! At Divisionals this Saturday, we will face off against all of the teams we have previously competed against this season, so everyone get ready for round two!

Goggles: if your goggles have continuously come off during practice or your races this season, we HIGHLY recommend investing in a new pair for Divisionals.

We can’t wait to work starts and finishes this week in practice!
