Good evening Marlins! This is a follow up to our previous email regarding Divisionals at KHS tomorrow to include additional important information. 

• Enter through the Gymnasium entrance (The Natatorium entrance and Main entrance doors will be locked)

• Check-In: All swimmers and all volunteers for all shifts must check in at the Marlins Volunteer table in the LOBBY of the Gymnasium entrance no later than the following times. Swimmers checked in after 7:15 a.m. will be scratched from relays.
  
  • Swimmer Check-In: 7:15 a.m.
  • Volunteer Check-In: 7:45 a.m.
• Set-Up: Set up will be in the cafeteria inside KHS. Marlin team set-up area will be in the cafeteria near the elevators and front stairs. See attached "map" and look for your Marlin friends! Please note: couches are off-limits and not available for set-up space.

Divisionals

This week, we're swimming against all of the teams in our division at the last regular-season meet of the year!

Location: Kingwood High School Natatorium (2701 Kingwood Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339)

Set-Up: Set up will be in the cafeteria inside KHS. We will send an email this evening with info about our team’s specific set-up location.

Check-In: All swimmers and all volunteers for all shifts must check in no later than the following times. Swimmers checked in after 7:15 a.m. will be scratched from relays.

• Swimmer Check-In: 7:15 a.m.
• Volunteer Check-In: 7:45 a.m.

Ready Bench: There will also not be any age group tents or tent parents, so each swimmer is responsible for getting to the ready bench in time for their events. Access to the ready bench is in the back hallway behind the pool.

Bleacher Access: KHS has limited bleacher space. Once your swimmer has finished each event, please leave the bleachers to make room for others.

Concessions: Concessions will be available for sale. Cash or card accepted ($5 minimum for cards).
