I'm sending your this email because your family is either close to 20 points or can still make 20 within the next two meets.  I wanted to notify you first before I send an email out to the rest of the parents.  I want you to have the opportunity to choose whichever open positions you want.  I plan to send an email out to the rest of the families this Wednesday.

I have Computer, Ready Bench, Runner, and Timer positions for Bear Branch.  I also have many additional positions for Divisionals worth 1, 2, and 3 points for first, second, and third shift, respectively.  The Consessions positions at Divisionals are worth even more per shift.  

You are absolutely welcome, and even encouraged, to have family and friends volunteer in your name.  The only stipulation is that the volunteer be a minimum of 16 years old.  Simply log on to the website, select the position you want, then change your name (which automatically appears) to the name of the volunteer.  You will still get the points, you're just changing the volunteer name so we know who to call.

There are a lot of positions that need to be filled, so please consider volunteering.  I need the volunteers far more than I need the volunteer check.
