Good Morning Marlins Parents!

We need volunteers for Divisionals this Saturday.  Unfortunately, we’ve had a larger than expected number of families not volunteer this season and it has left us with many open positions and no one to fill them.

The Divisionals positions that absolutely must be filled are timers, scribes, and concessions.  If we do not fill the timer and scribe positions, they will stop the meet until our team fulfills its obligation.  Also, we are in charge of feeding everyone at Divisionals this year so we will need a lot of help thus each of the concessions positions will need to be filled.

At the awards ceremony we will have our regular two drawings for a free registration for any family that went above the quota during the regular season.  We will also be having two additional drawings for the families that earned extra points at Divisionals.  Also you are not required to be present to win.  You can work the positions, gain the points, and still win even if you cannot make the ceremony.

The shifts are as follows:  Shift 1 – Events 1-28, Shift 2 – Events 29-48, Shift 3 – Events 49-78.  We are desperately asking for your help.  If you are able to volunteer during any of the three shifts please log on to the website, go to Divisionals volunteer page, and claim any of the open positions.  Thanks.
