Good afternoon parents,

I am in desperate need of volunteers for Divisionals.  I have had an unprecedented number of families who did not to volunteer this season and it’s left a huge gap between required positions and available volunteers.  The positions at Divisionals are mandatory, especially the concessions positions.  Our team is in charge of concessions this year and will need every position filled since we will be feeding close to 2500 people this Saturday.

To entice everyone to help, your swim board has decided to have an additional two (2) drawings for a free registration, but with a slight change.  Every point earned over your quota at Divisionals will go into a separate bag that I’ll draw the two names from.  The pool with be much smaller and your chances of winning will be greater.

For my families with no points, it’s not too late.  Working all three shifts of concessions will earn you nine (9) points therefore having another person work a first and second shift for you somewhere else will get you to 12 points and your volunteer check returned.  Anyone can help work for your points.  The only requirement is that the person be at least 18 years old.  Log onto the website, select your family name, then change the name to theirs.  They’ll work the position and you’ll get the points.  It's that easy.
