As you are out shopping this weekend we are asking for help with drink donations.  You can turn into the pool at your practice time this week.  

6 & under - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, or Dr. Pepper

7 & 8 -  Gatorade

9 & 10 - Gatorade

11 & 12 - Coke or Diet Coke

13 & 14 - Water

15 & Up - Water
