Good evening parents!

Our 2015 swim season is upon us and it’s looking to be another great year.  The volunteering will be the same as last year where all of the volunteer positions for the entire season will be opened up all at once (date to be determined later).  Before this can happen I have some season-long and head positions that must be filled.  If you are new to the team, a season-long position is a volunteer position that you hold all season.  No need to collect volunteer points since all season-long positions are worth whatever the quota for that season is.  A head position is the main person in charge of a specific group.

The single most important positions that are still open are with the computers.  I am in desperate need of one (1) Head Computer person and one (1) Lead Computer for Meets.  The Head Computer person performs all of their duties prior to the meet so you have the whole meet to relax and watch your children swim.  The Lead Computer person simply supervises the computer volunteers during the meet.  You will also be able to see each of your children’s heats.  If you have computer skills and are willing to take one of these positions, please email me immediately.  These two positions must be filled soon so please help if you can.

• Tent Parent for 6/under boys (2 positions open)
• Tent Parent for 7/8 boys (2 positions open)
• Tent Parent for 9/10 boys (1 position open)
• Tent Parent for 9/10 girls (1 position open)
• Officials (8-10 positions open)
