Those swimmers participating in invitational meets next weekend; Ponderosa, All-Stars, and Trinity. We will be having practice this week using the following schedule.  All practices will be at the Mills Branch Pool.

All 10 & unders      7 a.m- 8 a.m.

All 11 & ups     8 a.m.-9 a.m.
