Good evening parents,

If you are receiving this email, you have signed up to volunteer at this Saturday's home meet.  First, thanks for volunteering!  Second, for my concessions volunteers, remember to wear close-toed shoes and a hat.  These requirements are put forth by the city of Houston and an inspector will most probably be there tomorrow.

If you cannot make the meet, please let me know as soon as possible so I can fill your slot. Thanks and I'll see you tomorrow.
