Good morning parents!

I am in full point mode for the rest of the season.  For the last three meets (including Divsionals), before I open the positions up to everyone, I will be manually adding parents who need points.  This is what I need from you:

First:  Go to your parents page and make sure you have eleven (11) points.  For my parents who were awarded points for special situations, feel free to double check with me to make sure you are at eleven.  If you are not at eleven, read on.

Second:  Go to either the King's River or Trailwood volunteer page and choose which jobs you'd like to work in order to get to your quota (again, 11 points).  You will not be able to put your name in since it is locked.  The volunteer positions our swimteam are obligated to fill at Divisionals are not out yet and will not be for a couple of weeks (that's on NWAL not us).

Third:  Email me the jobs and I'll put them in for you.  This will be on a first come first served basis so if a position is filled, I will contact you with some ideas.  You give me the OK and you're set.

The reason it is being done this way is that we have some families that like to over-volunteer (and I love those families).  I want to make sure that I take care of the families who need points before I open the positions to the ones who want to volunteer past their quota.  I will be at church until 1:00pm toeday but will be available until I open the positions at 7:00pm this evening.  We will repeat this procedure next Saturday and Sunday after King's River then Trailwood until all of my families who want to reach their quota have done so.  Thanks again for volunteering this year!
