Deak parent issues for week of June 3

Good morning parents,
This morning a parent made me aware of an issue on the website. Somehow three separate desk parent sign-up sheets were created for the week of June 3. The official sign-up sheet, as well as all remaining sign-up sheets, is under the "Swim Meets" tab on the main tool bar. If you signed up for desk parent the week of June 3rd, please check to make it is your name that is in that slot. My apologies to the parents who signed up on the other pages that needed to be deleted. I will contact the webmaster to find out why this happened and make sure it doesn't happen again. In addition, I mistakenly opened the Bear Branch volunteer slots one day early. We opened the volunteer slots on Wednesdays last season. I wanted to give the parents five days instead of two to fill the slots, so we decided this season to open them on Sunday. We finally settled on 7:00pm Sunday, which should be after dinner.
Therefore: The volunteer slots for swim meets will open at 7:00pm the Sunday (not Saturday) before the meet and close that Friday at 7:00pm.
