Good afternoon parents,

I have your deposit checks that can be returned to you.  I will keep them in a secure place until Tuesday (July 3) at which time the checks will be double shredded.  If you want your check back, reply and we'll set up a way to get it back to you.  If you don't care to get it back either let me know or wait for my email on July 3, letting you know that your check has been destroyed.
