If you are receiving this email then your point total (not counting the Summerwood meet) is five points or below. All of the volunteer positions for the Summerwood meet including alternate positions are taken. Each of the desk parent positions to the end of the season are filled as well.

 

Just letting you know that we have three meets left. One is a home meet with three shifts of concessions, each position worth three points. We have two meet-long garbage positions each worth three points. Finally we have two shifts of timers, scribes, runners, and ready bench. First shift is worth one point and the second two points per position. If you look in the news section of the website, I have a post explaining point assignments for the Divisionals swim meet.  Your children are allowed to help, however, the board has limited the volunteers to a minimum age of 15.

 

Get those points in. The goal of the swim board each season is to return every $200 deposit check. Thanks.
