Practice will be held at Mills Branch at the following times:
10 and under: 7:30-8:30.
11 and up: 8:30-9:30

Due to the large number of swimmers participating in our divisional meet, NWAL has passed a ruling that swimmers must swim the 25 yard strokes faster than 60 seconds to be entered in the meet.  Since this is an NWAL decision we cannot enter swimmers with times greater than 60…
